BAM Infra NL Project manager and Interim manager At Bam Infra I've restructured the Reporting en Analytics department by replacing an old Business Intelligence stack with a hybrid SAP & Microsoft BI stack.
Subsequently I've acted as interim manager, and as an intrapreneur, to highlight the new team's abilities and value. In that role I've started and managed several innovative data analytics projects.
Tele2 NL and Global BI Project Manager At Tele2 NL I managed a project to augment the current Enterprise Datawarehouse with a data lake solution.
My main achievements were to refine and gather the most valuable analytics use cases and define a full operating model for the new data lake with Tele2 Global stakeholders.
Nouryon Data Engineer and Projectmanager Due to a migration towards Power BI I was asked to deliver a meta-data driven Azure data platform.
Subsequenty as Data Engineer and IT Project manager I lead the delivery of a full suite of Power BI reports for a commercial excellence program to substantially improve bottom line results.
Louwman Group Data Engineer and Projectmanager At Louwman I was the lead data engineer and later IT projectmanager to deliver B2C customer insights.
This encompassed tough analytical master data challenges, stakeholder aligment and the combination of both historical and forecasted data models into one reporting solution.
As a result Louwman Group can now analyse and target their customer base with great accuracy.
Powerdobs Co-founder and Managing architect As Co-founder and director at Powerdobs my main role is best described as managing architect.
I was involved in most (pre-)sales, drafted technology and data architectures and (project) delivery plans, coached our employees and ran client facing projects.
After growing the business to 15 consultants I felt a strong desire to focus on client work again, which I now do at Dark Matters.
